What if she waits only to shoot alone with a clear mind? Truth is she was only good when playing alone without a pressure. By the way it's not a true archer to wait for a target to get lost. Once again, she is only good for still target 😜
Or maybe a bad release. Almost all of those if not all, were equipment failure. Even the best equipment fail. Everything mechanical has to fail... But "when" is the question
Toja missed the 6 on her first shot and seemed to rush her later shots. Paige is even digging in making sure her footing is good, a lot more of a regular practice session feel, from what I can see. Both are still impressive shooters. Congratz to both of you ladies. Never seen women shoot bows without chest protection, that's a new one on me. lol
Recurve uses chest protection. I shoot recurve and I don't use chest protection but i need to buy one as the string has hit my chest twice before. It hurts. Compounds dont need it
The only thing that they have that are different from the recurves at these compatitions are the limbs and the compounds have let off. They aren't much different.
ive been shooting arrow's for around 46 years, and these 2 are very good for there age.i wish they had a better place to shoot, more level ground, these girl's are in there prime, and I thank them for there wonderful talent..
These are custom compound bows with their own data books for every possible variable. If the temperature changes or they make a change to the sights or arrow length they just have to change some numbers in the formulas to get the new tables for adjustments and holds. Also, most of these bows have VERY little resistance at full draw so they can wait for most stable sight picture...but the targets are also alot smaller compared to shooting trad bow or barebow.
Yeah compound bows are for noobs and children in a competetive level. Any teenager can hit bullseye easily with these fancy sighting, no pull resistance and extra stabilizers and release aids. The only thing interesting to watch that needs any real skill is Barebow archery
My buddy bought one a week before I got a bow and he absolutely hates it and regrets not waiting and getting one at the pro shop.. I got a mission mxr with everything for the same price and it's 10x the bow.. His bow "TWANGS" loud af, is uncomfortable to hold and is all around trash for the price
ArchangelExile No question is stupid. To get the asterisk, the arrow needs to be on the black circle. The opponent can choose to challenge it by hitting the same position and if he/she succeed, double the score. If not, deduct twice the score.
@@ArchangelExile you’re being played with, the asterisk means the shot is undetermined ie it’s between 2 circles if it touches the line it’s given the higher score

The key to a compound bow is the eccentric-shaped pulley wheels, which ‘LETOFF’ at full draw. This allows the archer to more easily hold the bow back at full draw.
